First off this isn’t A bodybuilders drink. As far as the protein count goes, it’s kind of low. It is a healthier option though that supposedly tastes like Cinnabon.
The makers of Carnation Instant Breakfast are rolling out a new Cinnabon protein drink later this month that's supposed to taste like the real thing . . . but with 10 grams of protein, 21 vitamins, and only 240 calories. An actual Cinnabon packs about 900.
The only thing that worries me is the sugar count. I couldn’t find a definitive answer on how much sugar is in these, so be sure to check before slamming this in your face.
They also debuted a bunch of cereal-flavored protein drinks earlier this year, including Froot Loops, Golden Grahams, and Frosted Flakes. The Frosted Flakes version isn't available nationwide yet, but should be later this month.
