It was a wild opening week to start the season. The Bucs were ready as everyone was signed and on the roster. The Commanders were brand NEW top to bottom. GM, Coach, Coaching staff, everything. We were their real first test as, like many, they did NOT play many starters in the pre-season.
Baker and the boys came out leading the Bucs to points in every quarter of play. Although only grabbing 6 in the first, they would go on to add 10 in the second and the Commanders would score their first with 7 in the second.
Jayden Daniels would find his way through this game BUT the Bucs would eventually add 14 points in the 4th to their 6 and the Bucs would win.
They have added new weapons and are a better team than we saw back in September.
The Bucs need to get clean up some very messy play & penalties from this week AND get healthy defensively for this big matchup to start the post season.
