McDonald's accidently hands out thousands of dollars meant for deposit to drive thru customer
TikToker Josiah Vargas pulled into the McDonald's drive-thru for a meal, and was handed a bag of cash instead. Vargas was expecting a sausage McMuffin when instead he received several Zip Loc baggies filled with money.
The $5000 he was given was supposed to be deposited, not handed out in place of a breakfast sandwich. As Vargas returned the cash, the McDonald's employees could be heard thanking him.
Varges received free McDonald's meals for a month and $200 for returning the money. "Do good, people!" Vargas said.
