What a lucky family! Danny Mudd of Virginia won a $3 million dollar jackpot in the Virginia Lottery...three years after his brother won $1 million!
Mudd purchased the winning ticket from a Sheetz store in Sterling. He says he is still in disbelief and is thinking about what he wants to do with his winnings. "It hasn't sunk in yet," he said. "I'm just smiling!"
