Today's "Florida Or Not Florida Superstar" is a girl gone wild on a Florida highway.
Police say she was caught on camera (evidence below) last Friday, exposing her chest to other drivers on I-75 in Collier County.
Police say she broke the law because she should've been wearing a seatbelt, in addition to her shirt. No word if the woman was ever pulled over or arrested by police.
