With many restaurants facing worker shortages, one Bay-area McDonald's has gotten creative in their recruiting efforts. Blake Casper, who owns McDonald’s restaurants in Tampa, says one of his restaurants is offering $50 to anyone that comes in for an interview.
Surprisingly, the $50 offer reportedly hasn’t attracted many applicants, but other hiring efforts have worked well, including hiring bonuses, and elevated starting wages.
The location offering $50 for an interview is at the corner of Dale Mabry and Chestnut.
