Today’s Superstar of Florida or Not Florida is 24-year-old April Teale.
Last weekend, April went to a college football game, and then after the game, was arrested outside of a Waffle House. We're not sure why the cop was arresting her, but that’s not what made her a superstar.
As the cop was cuffing her, April GRINDED into his crotch and said this in the most porn star way possible: "Oh yeah, you like that? You like that, yeah?"
April's been charged with disorderly conduct and harassment . . . although it's not clear if either of those charges is related to her grinding.
So tell us, is This Florida or Not Florida?
