Adam Smith's mother recently passed away from cancer.
His mother had kept a box in the freezer for decades and told her son to stay away from it.
As he was cleaning out her fridge, he came across the box and decided to peek into decades old mystery, thinking it was a wedding cake. Who could ever guess this:
"There was a pink baby blanket, and when I reached down and touched it, I could feel a foot," Smith said. "I could see the baby's head with hair, hair was still attached to it."
