How this wasn't a blip on our radar is bothersome to us, but hey at least we know about it now!
Bill Murray, the actor, and his brothers opened up Murray Brothers Caddyshack restaurant right in our own backyard in St. Augustine, FL back in 2001.
The JUST opened their second location in Chicago.
The restaurant is decked out with 31 televisions, a HUGE bar, a lounge with a fireplace, and obviously a TON of Caddyshack props and memorabilia.
The drink menu has a "Pool Water Martini" that is based off the infamous POOL scene where a Baby Ruth is tossed into a pool and people mistakenly thought it was a "DOODIE". It is made with chocolate vodka, frangelico, blue curacao, and garnished with a Baby Ruth Candy Bar.
The menu even has a cocktail called the Pool Water Martini . . . which is made from chocolate vodka, Frangelico, blue curacao, and a Baby Ruth candy bar. (Inspired, of course, by one of the best scenes in the movie.)
