A stripper is suing the state of Florida over its new age restrictions for strip clubs.
The law prohibits strip clubs or other adult entertainment businesses from employing people under the age of 21.
Serenity Michelle Bushey, who is 19, says the law violates her First Amendment right to free speech and Fourteenth Amendment right to equal protection.
Bushey says the law cost her job at the Gainesville strip club Cafe Risque, which has also joined the lawsuit.
Florida lawmakers say the purpose of the law is to prevent human trafficking.
