The trailer for the upcoming series "Lucky Hank" has been released! Bob Odenkirk stars as the unhappy chairman of the English department at a poorly funded college in a working-class town, in the midst of a mid-life crisis.
“I’m concerned that I might say something really consistent with my personality, but inconsistent with a modern college campus,” his character Hank says at one point in the trailer, laying the groundwork to show that Odenkirk looks to be at odds with the college students he teaches.
The show is full of comedy veterans including Cedric Yarbrough, Oscar Nuñez, and Diedrich Bader, and is based on the novel “Straight Man” by Richard Russo.
The series will premiere on AMC on March 19. Check out the trailer below.
