A New York City woman has been released without bail after she was arrested on shoplifting charges for the 100th time, court records indicate.
Michelle McKelley's most recent arrest occurred over the weekend, when she was caught stealing $125 in merchandise from a CVS, court paperwork reveals.
On Sunday, a judge let her go -- in spite of the fact that she's been arrested 100 times before on the same charge, and failed to appear in court for 27 of those charges, the New York Post reports.
When the 42-year-old women was arrested , she told police, "I havenât got caught in a long time. Iâm a professional booster. Yâall are stopping my hustle," a police report reveals.
