1. 1/3 cup of aloe vera gel
2. 2/3 cup of 99% isopropyl alcohol (rubbing alcohol)
3. Mixing bowl
4. A spoon or whisk
5. A clean, empty container, like a plastic travel bottle or a pump bottle.

Now just mix it together and put it into whatever bottle or container you care to use. Just MAKE SURE the alcohol you use is at least 60%.

For the smell you could add a drop or two of an essential oil and not hurt the mixture at all. This isn't just for the times we're living in now, we've been doing this in my house for years.
