A chain-reaction accident in Philadelphia saw the culprit run away from the scene. He hopped out of his sunroof after impact.
The fender bender happened on Friday and was caught on a surveillance camera. The driver of a Cadillac hit a car that caused several other vehicles to be damaged.
After the accident, the Cadillac driver came through the sunroof. From the outside, he looked for something in the driver's seat. He then walked away from the scene of the collision.
About 45 minutes later, the man returned to the accident site in the back of a Pennsylvania State Patrol vehicle. It appears that authorities cited him and he drove the Cadillac away. There were reports of minor injuries from the accident.
