Doctors in China successfully removed 30 inches of a 22-year-old's large intestines after a rare condition left him with severe constipation for years.
The poor guy used laxatives, but clearly they were no match for this disease.
The operation took 3 hours and a total of 28 POUNDS of poo were removed from his stomach.
I can only imagine how good he must feel now.
