Well this is a total buzzkill. 

According to a new study, sleeping on the weekends is BAD for you.
It even has a name: Social jet lag. Social Jet Lag happens when you wake up later on weekends than you normally would during the week. The health factors at risk: poorer health, worse mood and fatigue.
