- WR Scotty Miller hauled in a 48-yard touchdown pass from QB Tom Brady to score the first points of the game for the Buccaneers. The touchdown marked the third of the year for Miller and the fourth of his career.

-Brady completed 15-of-23 passes for 196 yards and two touchdowns. With his 30 touchdown passes in 2020, Brady surpassed Jameis Winston (28 in 2016) for the second-most touchdown passes in a single season in franchise history.

-Ronald Jones II scored the team’s second touchdown on a 1-yard run with 44 seconds remaining in the opening half to record his sixth rushing touchdown of the season, matching his career high. He finished with 18 carries for 80 yards and one touchdown.

- The Buccaneers also found the end zone on their first possession of the second half, as Brady found TE Rob Gronkowski for a 2-yard touchdown. The touchdown was the fifth of the season for Gronkowski, the 84th of his career in the regular season and his 96th including the postseason.

-Gronkowski’s 84 career regular-season touchdown receptions surpassed Calvin Johnson (83) and Brandon Marshall (83) and tied Mark Clayton, Irving Fryar, Tommy McDonald and Andre Rison (84) for the 18th-most touchdown receptions in NFL history.

- Including the postseason,Gronkowski’s 96 receiving touchdowns surpassed Isaac Bruce (95) and Hines Ward (95), and tied Andre Reed (96) for the 12th-most receiving touchdowns in NFL history (regular season and postseason combined).

- The Buccaneers did not allow a sack in the game for the fifth time this season – the second-most such games by any team in the NFL this season.

- On the opening drive of the game, OLB Shaquil Barrett dropped Vikings QB Kirk Cousins for an eight-yard loss, forcing a punt. In the fourth quarter, Barrett added his second sack of the game, bringing his season total to 8.0 sacks. Barrett has recorded 27.5 sacks since joining the Buccaneers in 2019, surpassing Broderick Thomas (26.5 from 1989-93) for the 10th-most sacks in franchise history.

- The second sack of the day for Tampa Bay’s defense came from DL Ndamukong Suh, who raised his sack total to 5.0 on the season. His 5.0 sacks in 2020 are his most since his most recent Pro Bowl season in 2016. Suh also set a season high with six tackles, including one for loss.

- S Antoine Winfield Jr. matched his career high with 11 tackles to lead the team, while also recording 1.0 sack, one forced fumble and one quarterback hit.

- DL Pat O’Connor earned his first-career sack, dropping Cousins for a 10-yard loss in the fourth quarter.

- OLB Jason Pierre-Paul earned the team’s sixth and final sack of the day with 2:14 remaining in the game to push his season total to 9.5 sacks, which rank as the seventh-most in the NFL through Sunday’s 1 p.m. games. He has 30.5 sacks in his 39 games since joining Tampa Bay in 2018.

-Pierre-Paul also forced and recovered a fumble on the play.

- As a team, the Buccaneers have now generated 21 takeaways this season, which rank tied for third in the NFL.
