40-year-old Jesse Pack had a warrant out for kidnapping and assault charges.
On Sunday, cops showed up to his residence, but the woman who answered the door said Jesse was gone and he had left them a message.
The message was written on a MATTRESS in orange magic marker, quote, "I know my warrant is active. I'm not here, I am finishing a job and turning myself in."
The cops weren't convinced, so they asked the woman if they could search the house and she said yes.
Upon searching, the cops found Jesse curled up in the fetal position inside a dresser.
So tell us, was this Florida, or Not Florida???
