The food is always good at Carmelita's and today was no exception; in fact, I think my cheese enchiladas were the best today. I kept one star because the service could have been a little better. We ate at an off time, 3:30, so there were several staff members on break. Someone other than our server did check on us as our meal was almost finished. But, everything ordered was correct and quick.

My husband and I go here to eat often. It's easy to be seated for small and large parties. Free chips and salsa while you wait and I have to say their salsa is my favorite. Food is delicious and comes out pretty quickly. Servers aren't overly chatty but they are efficient.
