45 year-old Malcolm MacDonald lost his unit back in 2014 after a long-term infection turned into sepsis, causing his penis to turn black and then fall off.
2 years later, Malcolm was able to get in touch with a surgeon dubbed, 'penis master,' who was able to create a new, longer penis, complete with it's own blood vessels, nerves, a urethra and two tubes that when inflated, would give him an erection. He named it "Jimmy."
The arm-graft procedure would take 2 years before it could be removed and placed in it's permanent home. But due to an illness, numerous scheduling mix-ups, and now COVID-19, he's been stuck with "Jimmy" on his arm for 4 years.
