Today's Florida/Not Florida involves a man was allegedly masturbating in a Walmart parking lot when deputies arrived on scene. That was when the nineteen-year-old Trenton James Rich racked up another charge by allegedly grabbing the deputy's ass saying, "Let me just feel it."
