Need Friends...Set Aside Some TIME

Having a hard time making friends? Well make MORE TIME for it...

A new study at the University of Kansas, found that it takes about 50 hours of hanging out to become "casual" friends with someone instead of just acquaintances.

It takes 90 hours to become TRUE friends, but if you want the PREMIUM GRADE of friendship you're going to have to spend, you'll need more than 200 hours together.

The study also found that working with people doesn't really count.  You CAN become friends with a coworker after you've worked together for a while . . . but it takes longer than if you were just hanging out with them outside of work.

The researchers also made an online tool that can rate how strong your friendships are.  You just answer a few questions about someone you've met in the last six months, and it predicts how close the two of you are. CHECK IT OUT HERE:  https://mikewk.shinyapps.io/friendship/
