The Cadillac Lounge in Rhode Island is still in shock after a man entered the club to rob the joint.
The manager of the club said “At first I thought it was a joke,” he recalled. “He said ‘this is a robbery.’ I said ‘what?’ and he said ‘I’m going to rob the place.'”
The suspect took $3,500 from one safe then demanded the manager open the other safe which contained $22,000 in singles. He too it all.
“He took all the ones, I could hear him stacking them into the big bag he had,” Imondi recalled. “Obviously, he knew we had a lot of money in there.”
The suspect is still at large and police currently don't have any leads other than the security cam footage.
