Kentucky’s own Andrea Johnson has been hit with charges after how she went about trying to change her baby’s diaper. Pulaski County Sheriff Greg Speck says he received a call about a woman “changing a child’s diaper” on the side of the road. Okay.
Turns out, Johnson thought it would be a good idea to stop the car on railroad tracks. NOT Okay. It gets better, the child was NOT HERS. She was related to the baby, which is now in custody with another family member
Of course, cops suspect that alcohol may have been a factor. You think?????
