This happened on the interstate in Ohio yesterday afternoon. Someone could have been killed because the driver of this truck did NOT have their load properly secured. You'll see photographs at the end of the video showing just what it looked like inside the car.
Her dashcam video helped track down the truck and driver.
“He was cited. He did secure his load with additional strapping that was available to us at the time.” Troopers stated in the report.
