Grandfather offered plea deal in girl's cruise ship death

A grandfather facing homicide charges in the death of his toddler granddaughter aboard a cruise ship will be offered a plea deal in Puerto Rico.

Sam Anello was charged with negligent homicide after his 18-month-old granddaughter Chloe fell out of a window that Anello says he thought was closed.

The plea deal will reportedly allow Anello to avoid jail time with a guilty plea. Anello isn't sure if he'll take it, saying he wants to clear his name in court.
