HEADS UP! A Great Horned Owl left his enclosure during Tropical Storm Debby and is missing in Tampa Bay; he's believed to be in the Brandon area.
According to the Raptor Center of Tampa Bay, the search is on for Charlie, and he was last seen in the Providence Lake Subdivision on Tuesday morning.
He is blind in one eye and does not know how to hunt. The owl also has anklets and falconry gear on.
