Sigourney Weaver might be 72, but that's not stopping her from playing a teenager in "Avatar: The Way of Water". She'll be the adopted daughter of Sam Worthington and Zoe Saldana's characters.
If you remember, she was in the first movie and, spoiler alert, died. But this new role is unrelated.
In "Interview Magazine", she said, quote, "So 'Avatar' I can't really talk about, but I would say that it's the biggest stretch I get to play in every possible way . . .
"I think if [director] James Cameron didn't know me really well, he wouldn't have cast me as something as goofy as this. I had to work in a completely different way to play this character, a very physical way."
