Peloton Would Like You to Know It Doesn't Kill. Like It Did in Sex and the City "And Just Like That"
Peloton released a new ad featuring "Sex and the City" actor CHRIS NOTH, whose character died during a Peloton session on the new revival. The ad reminds us that cycling is actually GOOD for you.
As pretty much everybody knows by now, the "Sex and the City" revival, "And Just Like That", killed off Carrie's husband Mr. Big. He died after having a heart attack during a Peloton session.
But Peloton doesn't seem too upset. In fact, they're having fun with it.
They made a new ad featuring Mr. Big himself, actor CHRIS NOTH, sitting by a cozy fire with Jess King, who played his Peloton instructor. She tells him he looks great, and he asks, quote, "Shall we take another ride? Life's too short not to."
Then RYAN REYNOLDS joins us via voiceover to say, quote, "And just like that, the world was reminded that regular cycling stimulates and improves your heart, lungs, and circulation, reducing your risk of cardiovascular diseases.
"Cycling strengthens your heart muscles, lowers resting pulse and reduces blood fat levels. He's alive."
