Ads in Space?
One Canadian company has reached out to SpaceX about hitching a ride to space. Geometric Energy Corporation (GEC) wants to launch their CUBESAT which they will attach to a SpaceX rocket which will display ads.
The satellite will have a selfie stick that will record messages and ads that ANYBODY can pay for that will be streamed live on youtube or twitch.
The cost is astronomical and the CEO of GEC said, "Hopefully, people don't waste money on something inappropriate, insulting or offensive."
The CUBESAT is set to be released in 2022.
The real question is if you could put an AD up in space what would it be?
