UPDATE: Red Lobster's Cheddar Bay Biscuits ARE STILL UNLIMITED

Good news to all the lovers of Red Lobster's Cheddar Bay Biscuits!

Our previous story about Red Lobster discontinuing their unlimited Cheddar Bay Biscuits policy was INCORRECT.

Reports were circulating on February 18 that Red Lobster would start limiting customers to TWO biscuits for every entrée.

Those reports were inaccurate.

No one is quite sure how the confusion came about, but many are pointing the finger at a recent rewording on the casual dining chain's online menu.

The online menu page reads, “Every entree comes with two warm Cheddar Bay Biscuits!”

This message is only applies to online take-out orders, though.

Naturally, a delivery driver is unable to provide you with unlimited biscuits. So instead, Red Lobster provides two with each entrée instead.

Amidst all the craziness, a Red Lobster spokesperson set the record straight with an online news outlet.

“We want to set the record straight. Despite rumors to the contrary, Red Lobster’s Cheddar Bay Biscuits are in fact unlimited for our dine-in guests,” said Red Lobster in an email to one news outlet. “Obviously, due to the nature of To Go and delivery orders, there is a limit to how many we include in the bag, which is two per entrée with the option to add more to your order for a small fee.”

Rest easy friends. Your Cheddar Bay Biscuits are here to stay
