This video went viral over the weekend. It's two guys pulling a driver from a burning pickup truck on a highway in South Florida. One of the rescuers is named Jim Angulo, and he said 20 people were in the area filming it on their phones but did NOT help.
So he started the hashtag: #DontJustRecordSaveSomeone. The guy in the fire suffered burns but wasn't seriously injured.
