More than 200 of Anthony Bourdain's most prized possessions will hit the online auction block next month — with part of the proceeds going to his alma mater, the Culinary Institute of America.
Some of the items being auctioned include paintings, clothing and even a custom-made Bob Kramer knife worth upward of $6,000 with the entire collection being valued around $400,000.
Sixty percent of the proceeds will go to Bourdain’s family — his separated wife and daughter — and the remainder will go to the Anthony Bourdain Legacy Scholarship at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY.
Highlights from the collection include:

Custom Bob Kramer steel and meteorite chef’s knife (Est: $4,000–$6,000)
