Today's Superstar of Florida or Not Florida is 60-year-old Julian Murphy. On Saturday night, Julian started yelling and cursing at a cop outside of the Capitol building.
When the cop started approaching him, Julian dropped his pants, put his finger in the filthiest possible place, then started swinging at the cop with his poop-covered hand.
It sort of worked, because the cop backed away, but then the plan backfired hard when the cop hit Julian with a taser.
He was arrested for disorderly conduct and public lewdness.
