Today's Superstar of Florida or Not Florida was arrested after police discovered that her child had been left for nearly two hours in a hot car. But that negligent and potentially deadly decision isn't what makes this mom a Superstar of Florida or Not Florida - it's WHERE she did it.
Twenty-seven-year-old Jennifer K. Ost left her toddler in the parking lot of Child Protective Services while she met with a social worker.
Ost explained she didn't want to bring him into the appointment, opting to leave her child in the car instead.
