Cheating Husband Rides Naked on the Roof of a Car to Save His Marriage

Today's Superstar of Florida or Not Florida is Jairo Vargas, and Jario was cheating on his wife.

Earlier this month, his wife caught him with another woman at a motel!

So Jairo made a deal with her: To save the marriage, he'd let her humiliate him. He said she could drive down the busiest street in town . . . while he laid on the roof of her car totally NAKED.

And they actually went through with it.

Unfortunately for them, the stunt caused a major traffic jam, and they both wound up getting $150 tickets for creating a public nuisance. 

So tell us, was this Florida, or Not Florida???
