A Florida man stabbed his nephew four times with a 6-inch fillet knife for taking too long in the bathroom.
According to detectives, 72 year-old Dan Johnson of DeLand, had issues with how much time his 29 year-old nephew, Michael Johnson, spent in the bathroom.
The incident began after Dan knocked on the bathroom door twice, telling Michael to get out of the bathroom.
The second time, Michael opened the door, saying he’d only be in there for a short time. That’s when Dan decided Michael was being “disrespectful” and stabbed him several times.
Dan Johnson was arrested and charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. He's being held without bond in Volusia County Branch Jail.
