Intense Footage Of The Viking Cruise Ship Evacuated After Mayday Call

 

More than 450 passengers were airlifted via helicopter off a cruise ship that was stranded in Norway.

Bad weather caused engine failure.

The rescues were performed under difficult conditions, with wind gusts at 43 mph, and waves as high as 26 feet.

The helicopter rescues stopped once the ship was able to be towed in.
