Today's Superstar of Florida or Not Florida is 64-year-old Robert Hakins.
Robert was enjoying a night in his hot tub with his 38-year-old wife Christen, and their 50-year-old friend Ted.
Around 11:00 P.M., Robert became sleepy and went inside to go to bed, while Christen and Ted decided to stay in the hot tub.
Apparently things got even hotter in that tub, as Christen and Ted started to fool around.
Then all of a sudden, Robert made his way back to the patio where he found his wife and friend in mid hook-up. That's when he screamed he was going to, quote, "[effing] kill you."
Robert then went back inside, grabbed his gun, ran back out on the patio and fired two shots. He also punched his wife twice in the head.
As for the shooting, he says he didn't fire the shots AT them, but “toward the south of the property, where there were no other residences.”
That's still a major no-no.
Robert was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and battery. He plead not guilty and is free on $11,000 bond.
