High School Girl Leading "Bracott" Movement

Lizzy Martinez is a 17 year old high school student that is leading a "bracott" movement at Braden River High School where she is urging her fellow female students to not wear a bra to school.

It all started when Martinez was called into the office because her body was distracting other boys in the classroom. She was then asked to "shake" her body to prove whether her not she was actually wearing a bra or not.

Ummm...isn't that sexual harassment right there?

When it was determined that indeed she wasn't wearing a bra, she was asked to put band-aids over her nipples because it violated one of their school dress code policies.

Lizzy Martinez says that anything can be distracting because it's such a broad term.

Martinez says she was humiliated and wants to take a stance against body shaming by asking fellow girls to NOT wear bras to school and to urge male students to war band aid's over their nipples.
