Rule number one:
Never steal a dead persons identity to get a better parking spot. Allegedly Mayor Teresa Bradley thought it would a great idea to steal that, a disabled parking plate. Mad props to her though....at least she updated dead persons plate with a new sticker all so she could get what every red blooded American Mayor should automatically have....premium mother f****n parking!!
