She's Suing The School Because She Took A Topless Photo & Student Found It

A New York middle school teacher is planning to sue the South Country Central School District after she was fired for a topless selfie that was obtained by a student.

Lauren Miranda had taken a photo of herself two years ago and sent it to her then-boyfriend, Miranda was called to the office but was forewarned that there was a rumor of a student having her topless photo.

Miranda was sure it was her, but when the principal pulled it up his computer to confirm her identity she realized it was her.

Miranda submitted a notice of claim to the school districts last week, which is done prior to a lawsuit being filed, Miranda plans to sue the district and the administrators for $3 million for unlawful gender discrimination.

Miranda claims that no male teachers were reprimanded for being shirtless in the gym or school.

Justified? Or STOP TAKING NUDE SELFIES AND SHARING THEM IDIOTS!!!
