The reviews for "Holmes & Watson" are in and they're bad. So bad that it's being reported that Netflix won't be buying in on the comedy.
Because of poor test screenings, reports are saying that Netflix decided not to buy the film rights for the film. The film actually began filming in 2016, but Sony moved back the release of the movie four times because audiences weren't feeling it during test screenings then too.
If you see this film you'll get the sense it's all a BAD JOKE. Like "ha,ha we can't believe you actually spent your hard earned dollars with this dumpster fire". Nothing about it is funny. It's as if it's a "Step Brothers" spinoff where they wrote and decided to make a movie. Except, unlike "Step Brothers", it's NOT FUNNY.
It received a 0% on Rotten Tomatoes for a reason.....
