A woman boarding a flight from Indonesia to Jakarta on Lion’s Airlines, a budget airline, was confused when she boarded the flight and couldn’t find her seat.
Her ticket listed her seat as 35F, however the plane she boarded only had 34 rows, meaning 35F was the plane’s bathroom.
Satwika Ika posted about the incident on her Facebook after she said she received ‘rude’ service and that the flight attendants ‘lacked manners.’ Lion’s Air said that the reason for the mixup was due to a last minute plane change.
The plane Ika was supposed to board was a Boeing 737-900ER that has 39 rows. Ika was moved to the front of the plane and she was issued an apology by the airline.
