Rotating Skyscraper Planned For Dubai

A first-of-its-kind rotating skyscraper is planned for Dubai, with an anticipated opening date of 2020.

Travel + Leisure reports that architect David Fischer of Dynamic Architecture has designed the building, which will have apartments that can individually rotate a full 360 degrees. Owners will be able to control the speed of rotation or stop it using voice-activated commands, and wind turbines will be placed between floors to create energy for the building. The price for each apartment will be some $30 million.
