DOVER - Hillsborough deputies have located the car they believe was involved in a hit-and-run crash that killed a man Friday.
The Sheriff's office says the black Ford Mustang convertible struck and killed a pedestrian on Gallagher Road Friday morning. The driver took off southbound towards Lewis Raulerson Road.
Hillsborough Sheriff Chad Chronister calls the driver's "decision to flee the scene... reckless, cruel and illegal." Deputies continue searching for the driver.
