New Broward Rollbacks on Restaurants and Vacation Rentals

There's a brand new executive order to stop the spread of coronavirus in Broward County restricting restaurants and short term vacation rentals. Mayor Dale Holness says effective Friday, all restaurants must limit inside dining to parties of 6 or fewer, and close all inside dining completely by 10 p.m.

Vacation rentals are now limited to 10 people inside with only those on the contract permitted to be there.

If business owners violate the rules, they'll be subject to a shutdown penalty which escalates with each subsequent violation.

The order takes effect 12:01 a.m. Friday, July 10th.
