The paperwork has been filed and the documents show plans for a 67,000 square foot location off of Carillon Parkway in St. Petersburg. The location for the new Topgolf is a vacant lot that is roughly 12 acres. It is between Catalina Marketing Corporation’s headquarters and Transamerica Financial Advisors, Inc. In the Feather Sound area.
Our only location now is in Brandon. It opened up back in 2014. Besides Miami, we'd be the only city with 2 locations. Orlando and Jacksonville have the other locations in the state.
Topgolf officials have not commented on the report.
