Men Who Don't ___ 2x A Day Are 3x More Likely To Develop Erectile Dysfunct

Guys if you're having issues in the bedroom, you may need to step up your oral hygiene game. According to a review of studies involving more than 200,000 men, guys who don't brush their teeth at least twice a day are almost three times as likely to suffer from erectile dysfunction.

Gum disease - which is caused by not brushing - is thought to boost the odds of damaging the blood vessels which supply the unit.

The research is the latest evidence that shows that poor oral hygiene can impact a man's performance in the bedroom, as well as other health consequences.
