The Bucs receiving core is deep...real deep. So deep in fact that you that if you want to wait to grab a third WR you can wait till late in your draft...real late.
Chris Godwin is now moving off the draft board before Deshawn Jackson in a lot of leagues but the thing is neither of those players being drafted before the 7th round in most leagues. Both players are at the very least good bye week fillers. Fitz has shown awareness when it comes to the full WR core and Jameis has aggressively sought out Godwin all pre season long. If Godwin gets the outside WR spot enough look for that love connection to increase when Winston gets back week 4. Of course the mission to get Djack the ball has been an Initiative for the team going into this season. The question is will that be volume (ppr) or quality down field targets. Either way look for a better fantasy year out of him.
Cam Brate will go before OJ Howard but there will be an effort to get last years 1st round pick more targets this year. Especially during 2 TE sets. Don't be surprised if Cam is rated as a starting option by mid season. He should be available deep into your draft so grab him as a second tight end with hopes of your investment blooming later.
Peyton Barber and Ronald Jones have been overlooked till way too late in all of the drafts that I've been a part of. If you want to concentrate on depth at other positions and come back around round 8-9 Peyton Barber should be there but he has been showcased so much this pre- season the cat could be out of the bag that he will get the bulk of carries early in the season.
Ronald Jones will definitely get touches as you saw in the game against the lions that the Bucs know how dynamic he is as he lined up at WR for a deep strike from Fitz in pre-season game 3.
